air rail question

Just put new exhaust on my '85 60. The CAT was removed and I'm curious if I can just plug the air rail or am I suppose to do something different. Have been trying to get ahold of Jim C. and buy a pully from him to replace my smog pump. Is there any other way that I can get ahold of him other than email? In the event I'm not able to get ahold of him were else can I buy one. It kind of scares me to just take the pump apart and reuse it. Would like to have something that has a less chance of locking up. I put some headers and a flowmaster on it and mercy she sounds good! Thanks, Johnny

SOR has one.

Yes you can plug the air rail, but I would get ahold of Jim and buy his allen bolts (they are very nice).

I would save the money and use the gutted smog pump if I were you. it is a simple thing to do and works great.
