Air Box Retaining Bolt Part Number

Do any of you know the part number for the retaining bolts holding the air intake resonator to the passenger valve cover? I thought it was 90080-11589 but was totally wrong. Posting pics of bolt hole for reference

Any one know the part number for the rubber grommet on the air resonator for this bolt (the round rubber grommet/washer where @thatguy81 is pointing in his pictures above)? I have the bolt, but I need the rubber grommet/washer that attaches to the box? I feel like it should be in the diagram above and maybe I'm just missing it???? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
