AHC Low setting not working... Any ideas?

Hi all, have a quick question - a couple weeks ago the vehicle stopped going into low mode (both either upon selection OR on auto kneel feature) however it functions normally going to high mode or back to neutral. It also still functions normally at highway speed you can feel the vehicle lower slightly at speeds above 60mph as per design.

This kind of happened out of the blue. I was able to get it to work once upon selection about a week later, but refuses to go into AHC low mode at all now. The ride seems normal (cushy etc) don't see a difference there, and It's not a big deal for me however it would be nice to get it figured out.

Any ideas?

What does it do when you try to go to low? Doe it blink L but never go into low or does it just not even try and stay in N? Do you have Techstream or access to Techstream? Be intersting to see what live data it is showing when you are trying to go into Low

Yes, I haven't had it checked yet. The indicator screen says it's trying to go into low but it doesn't actually drop. I wonder if my globes are starting to go (perhaps rear globes). Just after the last time I used it when it worked properly I had driven up an fsr (very muddy) and it stopped working after that. I tried pressure washing the underside but that did nothing. It's weird. It works moving to high position.

Little update, going to the dealer to have them check the system over tomorrow. I actually have noticed over time the ride has firmed up alot (starting to get kinda bouncy) - especially in the rear. Time to get new globes I think. I have them on order now.
