I'm having trouble justifying so much expense to keep the AHC up and running. Started to investigate an AHC delete, but the options don't seem ideal. Came back around to the idea of replacing the line at the dealer, but the dealer is 2 hour drive away which complicates things. I haven't found a local shop that is willing to work on it. I need to investigate if the leak is really coming from the fitting (seems to be). Replacing an O ring and a spacer seems like I might be able to do my self, and could get me back in action for a while. l'm only moderately handy, but I have replaced the fluid in the system and the height sensors in the past.

I was in the same dilemma when I found out all my lines were rusted. Almost considered the conversion route but really liked the AHC system.

Hows the overall health of your system? If the components are not rusted out, I’d say it’s worth saving. A complete conversion will run you well more than a line replacement.

Got pics of the leak? A line is not hard to replace, just a PITA trying to fit it in.
