I have a 2007 LX470. I have replaced the globes several months ago and it didn’t change the ride quality. Recently, the system settles down slightly overnight and is very slow to go from L to N 17-19 seconds. The fluid has been replaced on a regular basis. I checked the measurements today, after sitting overnight on Low. When I cranked it and took it out of OFF, the front remained at the same height, but the rear actually lowered bu 3/4 to 1”. I had thought the front was rising when I cranked it, but the rear dropping would look the same from inside the vehicle. Is it likely that I have a problem with fluid going between the shocks and globes after the engine is turned off?

Sounds like you have a leak somewhere or the system isn't holding pressure.

You need to get tech stream and check your pressures. Look at the thread "The abc's of ahc" Also, get under the truck and look for leaks.

Thanks for your help. I bled it again yesterday, there was a little air in the accumulator, there are no leaks. It did cycle better after the bleeding. I got about 250-275 cc’s from front globes & 400 cc from rears, set on L. . Is it likely that I put them in the wrong position- I can’t see the part numbers? I’ll find someone with Tech Stream to check pressures.
