AHC flashing OFF after fixing anothe short. No codes

Worked on fixing a short for two weeks in tail lights that turned out to be either the green wire to stereo or trailer lights or both. Once I got it all back together I have the flashing OFF for the AHC which was working fine before I disconnected the entire car to find the short.

I have checked 2 fuses so far but wasnt sure if it just needed to reset or something.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
