I think the idea is that on level ground, you still want to alleviate some of the weight while torquing items such as sensors, TB, etc.

Are you saying they're just telling you to jack up, adjust TB, bring it back down, then confirm height level left to right? (this is what I have been doing)

Or are you saying that they're telling you to jack up, adjust TB till it's level L to R all while jacked up? (this would be different than what I've seen or done myself)

Btw, I've never seen that you're supposed to jack up while adjusting Height Sensors themselves, just while adjusting TBs.

I highly doubt this, the openport device and device drivers only serve as a communication protocol.

Can't count the number of times I've heard something like this from the software programmer or hardware engineer, only to subsequently find out that their software or hardware actually WAS the problem.

:)

Yep - software development background here so I'm with you on that observation.

Luckily so far I have no reason to believe that Tactrix is not functioning properly or giving me bad data. I've been able to run signal checks for numerous ECUs, active tests, change custom settings, and the only area where I get an error (appears to be some sort of timeout error) is when running the Signal Checks for the AHC ECU.

That's my interpretation. And that's how I did my adjustments when I had DS leaning.

I did this on level ground...

-jack up front end
-adjust TB
-drive truck for several minutes down street while activating the AHC
-park on level ground
-check alignments

Rinse-and-repeat

@agaisin - This thread has been extremely helpful in diagnosing my LX-570. It also confirms how bloody complicated the AHC system is. Since I do not have the electronics to perform the Offset Height Calibration, I am feeling frustrated, but just wanted to thank you for the info.

Would anyone know what would be the Front/Rear pressures for the LX570?

Thanks
