Mmmm -- 70 mph on the bump stops is not a good idea -- if the wheels hit a hole or a bump then there is a chance of bending or breaking something in the suspension, particularly at the front -- or even worse, losing control of the vehicle with no effective suspension. But you know all that and you don't need a sermon.since you're awake and i'm stressing out about it, do you think it's ok that i drove my truck for 5ish minutes going 70mph+ fully on the bumpstops?
You would know if you hit something and if there was damage, you would feel it in any unusual way the steering and suspension behaves and sounds and in whether tyres are scrubbing or noisy because the wheels are out of alignment.
No point in stressing about it -- suggest jack up each front wheel and check for looseness and play at wheel bearings and ball joints, take wheels off and look for damage to control arms and linkages, including where torsion bars are attached.
I would then suggest taking the vehicle to a wheel alignment shop for realignment -- but you need to get it back to N height to make that worthwhile -- which means you may have to sort out any Height Control Sensor issues first. It does not take much to knock the Independent Front Suspension (IFS) out of alignment on 100 series vehicles and regular wheel alignments are a good idea to get most life out of tyres.
If all is good, congratulate yourself on owning a tough 100 series vehicle and sleep easy!!
