This is a Downey Toyota Spare Tire Carrier. It is a swing gate that fits onto the stock passenger's side mounted FJ40 hinges. Included are the licence plate holder (with light), third brake light, gas can holder (slightly bent, but easily fixable) and FJ 40 hinges. Picture shows all items included in sale. Hey, I wish you the best of luck, bud. However, it sure would help if you posted a few pics. ...and although I'm not 100%, I don't think "best offers" are good. They honestly don't want this running amuck. You'll have to name a price. (See the sticky at the top).
