after upgrade - photo limit?

Did I miss something or are we limited on upload space after the upgrade?
If I try to upload a photo it says I am all full up. I know I had to have missed the thread about this but I can't seem to find one.

Feel free to call me names and point me to the fix/answer

nope...but in the new software, fixed most, missed yer settings...will try and get today/Monday....

this SHOULD be fixed for all users....

3.6.1 decided to use attachment limits per your secondary usergroup (IE: some of the TLCA BOD stuff) rather than your primary....

please post up with any continued problems, but this should be solved
