Your points are well taken.
As for use, I have a Dodge Diesel that I have a love/hate relationship with. Love the power & the truck as a whole, hate the steering wander, hate the headache from the noise on long trips & hate that I really can't use it whenever I have a work funcion or visit to do.
So, the LC will be used for longer trips 6-8 hours up to visit family & vacations, hunting/fishing trips and some four wheeling (although there doesn't appear to be much in PA - recently moved from CO).
The other use will be commuting from time to time. My wife & I commute together, so usually I don't need a car, but from time to time I do & the Dodge is not the best vehicle for that.
This is what led me to the LC. Nice ride for longer trips, still professional, big, capable off road.
