Greetings. I have a 1995 FZJ80 that I just replaced all of the original suspension bushings on.

Everything went pretty smooth except that both rear (aft) brackets for the radius arms have elongated holes. Nothing crazy that would justify replacing the brackets. A fabricator friend of mine can weld adjustment plates to compensate for the elongation, but we need to find M18 bolts that are 105 mm long. Would like to stay OEM and avoid going to an outside distributor if possible.

The part number for the existing bolt, which is 95 mm long, is 90105-18006.

I’m thus trying to find the exact same M18 flange head suspension bolt with the same 1.5 thread pitch as 90105-18006, just 10 mm longer. 105 mm length.

(AI concluded that 90105-18011 is 105 mm, but when I ordered it from my local dealer, it was a much shorter bolt (100 series) So much for AI on this venture.)

Any tips or a part number for an M18 1.5 105 mm long flange head suspension bolt to replace 90105-18006?

(I saw Beno’s thread from a few years back deciphering the Toyota part number system, but wasn’t able to come up with a corresponding solution on my own.)

Many thanks!
