Ads all over the pages suddenly

Hi Woody,

Not sure what I did here??

I was changing my email address and now I get ads/banners all over my pages in the forum - top, bottom, and side.

I thought that stuff was reserved for the guests only. What changed in my settings ?

So where did my star go? I read my renewal was april 2011

any time you change email addy's, it messed up subscriptions....

you have not yet confirmed your email change...until you do, the subscription deal will continue to be messed up...

see the Help Forum and read the User Guide thread to get your activation codes resent.

I'll have a look. But I've deleted all those emails I got after clicking on the links did not work, nor did manually inputing the information/activation code.

Ok, via the user guide I 'resent' the activation code. THIS time, unexpectedly, it worked like a charm.

Nothing is without it's glitches...

Appreciate the hint. Ads suck

I originally thought it was a Mac thing going on...
