Adapters...can't find the one I need!

anybody know where to find a 1/2"x14 pipe to M16x1.5 adapter?? I could use one to fit a temperature sending unit for a Toyota into a GMC motor...I can't find one...

Is this a typo? Wouldn't m16 be bigger than 1/2"? When I put my toyota sensors on the GM engine I just made my own adapters. Buy a 1/2 plug, drill a hole in it and tap it out to what size you need.

I figured knowing you, you would suggest NOT putting a GM engine into a Toyota. Haha. =)

Why would I do that? Build what ya need. I just believe in creativity and not building to please the masses!

Thanks for the responses. I also saw going with a 1/2" to 3/8" would work. I got the thread size from the sensor online...so it may not be right. Guess I'll find out!
