As some of you know, some of the STLCA guys hauled 3 40's to Tok Alaska for the Alaska Cruiser Trek. Just talked to Todd Shirley to get an update on their progress and they are in Tok! They made great time. Todd said the drive up the Alaska Hwy was an experience. Saw lots of wildlife and some great scenery. Clutchee is flying into Anchorage tonight and driving up to Tok tomorrow to meet them. I wish I was there! Hope to have some updates soon.

hey all

sorry so long with the update! Clutchee made it to anchorage he called me at 2 am our time.....had to wait a bit for Archie to make it in. This afternoon he visited with some folks in Anchorage and are now on their wat to Tok to meet up with Shirl and Roger. Apparantley they are moving where they would normally start the trek to Eureka Alaska because the water on the first river crossing is too high. That is all I know for now! everyone is well.......more updates to follow.....maybe!:princess:

btw anchorage to tok is more like 6 hours.......I think the time change is affecting me too.......i keep getting midnight to 1 am updates!
anyways....roger, brian, todd, andy, archie and bob are now all on their way to Eureka Alaska so this may be the end of the updates for 7 days! Oh what will we do! I'll be at work.....I guess someone has to work while the rest are out playing....till then!:princess:
 
no word from the expedition.
I guess that they come out on saturday
I'll let ya know as soon as I hear anything

They are out of the woods (mud). I talked to Clutchee and Todd yesterday and they were in Anchorage. Maybe they will post up soon.
