Bug: Accepting Cookies?

I am periodically met with this error when on my phone. It pops up inconsistently, and I do not see a path to accept/decline. I just close out the message and go on my way. Any ideas?

no clue offhand...might be something with your phone security not communicating with the site servers. Weird.

I get this periodically as well, also just close it and carry on, I pad if it matters

I get it on my mobile Brave browser, but it doesn't really affect my login or site experience. I just click it to make it disappear.
