Hi All,
It seems that I have a leak at the bottom of my AC condenser on my 2000 Lexus LX470, and Im debating how I should fix it. Ive attached two pictures below, one of the location of the leak and one with the UV light to show the green dye. I noticed the leak was not blowing as cold as it should last fall, as winter was approaching i thought i would wait it out before fixing the AC. Now as the summer is approaching I need to get it fixed.
As I see it i have a couple of options to fix my AC, Please correct me if im wrong or if anyone has a new idea feel free to comment.
1. Replace the O-ring that goes into the bottom of the condenser. (If I replace just the O-ring do I have to use an OEM O-ring or can I use O-rings from a generic AC O-Ring kit?)
2. Replace the line and O-ring that goes into the bottom of the condenser.
3. Replace the condenser and the associated line and o-ring (I believe if I replace the condenser i will also have to replace the receiver/drier as well?)

Does anyone know which option I should take to ensure that my AC no longer has any leaks?
The car has 282K and has already has had the rear AC deleted.
Thank you!!

I'd probably replace the entire condenser. Chances are it's about to fail anyway. My 100 doesn't appear to be nearly as corroded as yours and my condenser is falling apart... When I spray it with a hose, the fins all fall off.

I similarly just noticed my compressor is siezed, so I'll be replacing that and my condenser at some point this spring as well.
