On my hundred series when I push the AC button it blinks I took it to my AC guy which way did my whole system last year and he said that I need a new AC amplifier so my question is which one do I replacethe Toyota dealer said there's four of them located in my truck I live in Orange county California and if anybody has a qualified AC guy where I can take my truck I would appreciate the help

Probably your best first step, would be to search this forum for "AC Diagnostic", and follow the instructions to run the system's built in "self check".
