IIRC, you'll need (2) AA adaptor gaskets & (3) 5" long 3/8" course threaded bolts you can get at the hdwe. store. I will check the parts list tonight & update if anything else is missing. HTH ;p

I found the 5" long bolts, but still missing both gaskets, a stud bolt & tcase install instructions.

Here's exactly whats missing:
(1) gasket (GM#384-9472) AA part. #716508
(1) gasket AA part #716568
(1) 3/8" X 16 X 1 1/2" stud bolt AA part #723714
(1) Toy L/C trans. case inst. AA part #TOY1

Bump....this is a really nice deal for someone looking to install an sm420....for a good price. Plus, with this adapter you can maintain your stock PTO gearbox. Driveshaft mods are necessary with any t-case adapter, as in this case. Good luck.
 
This is an insane price - I wish I could pick it up for a spare.

Note also that the adapter allows you to run a standard tranny bushing if you want to fab up a crossmember - instead of having to use the rear AA crossmember that bolts to the case.

Right! I have this same adaptor on my :pig: & I'm using the seperate AA bushing (not pictured but it mounts to the base of the adaptor - see pic) to brace my drivetrain.
 
How long have you had the adapter on your rig? Any cracks or wear on the parts? Any idea of the cost to replace the missing parts? Im going back and forth on the AA kit or Extreme bends plate kit. Price may end up being deciding factor.

I bought this item used many years ago w/ the intentions of installing it on my :pig: I have never installed it on my rig - it's been on the shelf since I purchased it. However, I do run this adaptor & have not had any problems other than bolts loosening due to not running a brace under the adaptor housing. No, I don't know how much those missing parts would co$t. Can't be much for 2 gaskets, a stud & a manual.
 
I'll take it! I just ordered the gaskets, stud and manual from AA on the phone. Do you take paypal? Or prefer money order?
