Do you still have any LP gas left in her? The octain in LP Gas is really high, so you can advance the timing to about 15 degrees BTDC at sea level. Sadly, that means that when you run on petrol you often get pinging.

I can't afford to run petrol here in Australia, so I only run it at night to keep the seals in the carby from drying out.

Actually she doesn't have the LPG conversion.

I thought I had some gas issues, but found out it was the fuel pump. I will be doing some tests on her to see what fuel she likes better.
