97 LX450 Tail Pipe question (1 Viewer)

Hi - it's been awhile since I posted q question on MUD. Is anyone can answer the question about the tail pipe. Does it have two "flat" (not exactly round ) spots, the first one is right after it connects to a muffler and the second one when the pipe goes of a frame. Is it the design or I have a problem somewhere. Please help.

I have only one "flat spot" between frame body and the cross frame I do not see anywhere else.

i couldn't even begin to remember how the stock exhaust ran...let alone if there are/were any flat spots along the way.
why do you ask?

I do recall at least 1 or 2 flatter spots...by flatter, i mean, non-round sections of the exhaust.
Not sure if that helps or not...
