Wanted 97 Anniversary with lockers

I'm looking for clean 97 to build up or a turn key rig ready for Baja. I have cash and am willing to hop on a plane to buy the right rig.

I have a client selling a 40th, 107k with lockers and he did the headgasket for preventative maintenance with new water pump, etc. I think he wants around 15k, but it's in great shape
