95 4runner needs electrical help, (1 Viewer)

I have a 1995 4Runner Srs 4wd. I went to go somewhere, and as soon as I went to turn on the defogger, the instument panel , windows and ac /heater blower go out. replace fuses. Even the window relay under the dash. Still nothing, any ideas.
