94 4x4 Pickup

Hey there I am new to the Forum. I Bought my first Toyota pickup back in the summer, I have owned a lot of trucks and this is byfar my favorite one. I'm have some issues with it thou, when i driving it some time when i'm first gear going in to second it start blog down any suggestions on what it is.
