94 4runner healight issue

So my low beams work like a champ. This issue les within the HI's when you push the stalk forward nothing comes on, but when you pull the stalk backwards it turns them on. Does anyone know what is wrong with them?

You might luck out and it be as simple as dirty contact on the headlight switch, take a read through Roger Browns site
