How would I go about taking these studs out? While doing my EGR delete, the nut came off the stud, but the double sided stud is being... difficult. Pictures attached. Thanks for your time

Ohhhhh yes these little buggers. I wrecked a few, snapped one, and cracked the manifold on another. (Could buy new back then pretty well)
12 point socket will remove them (5mm maybe?)
By far, remove entire assembly, remove TPS sensor, and soak in penetrating oil or diesel.
The corrosion between the shaft of the galv steel bolt can fuse to the alloy.
Do they really need removing?

same thing happened to me. Two out of the 4 nuts were stuck to the studs and came out as one piece. When I was ready to plug it all back in I just tightened everything down and was normal operation.

After thinking about it, I’m sure I can handle the butterfly job without removing the whole assembly, the heads are 6mm, but they started stripping after a good amount of pressure.

Ultimately I’m just gonna leave it on for now and work around it. Not worth the head ache of wrecking those bolts. Thanks!!

I left my throttle body on as well when i removed both butterfly plates. i stuff a rag down into the intake manifold just under the plates and wrestled with the screws for a while. I think I ended up filing down the edges of the screws so the tiny vice grips had some walls to grab onto.
