I spent the better part of yesterday trying to diagnose why my 93 fzj80 would crank, but not turn over. I was able to get the vehicle to turn over if I jumped the FP and power supply on the OBD port. Fuel pump will power and the motor will turn over with a little gas so I assume the issue is in the COR/EFI circuit. I was able to bench test the two just want someone to confirm my diagnosis. EFI was tested following the attached wiring diagram. Should I replace both COR and EFI? What could cause these to go bad? Thanks!
EFI:
ECU logic ↔ Ground = Open Loop
+12v ↔ Load = 71.1ohms
COR:
STA → E = 24.3ohm
FC → E = Open Loop
+B → FP = Open Loop
