Could you give me prices for these parts:

1) Hose between Mass Air Flow Meter to Throttle Body (it is really 2 hoses). What is the condition of the second flex hose?
2) Hose between vacuum pump and air cleaner. Is this in good condition?
3) Rear brake tube that attaches to brake hose just above axle - number 47325 in the attached diagram. This is like $14 at the dealer but it is worth having it thrown in with the other items.

Rear interior side panel, passenger side, the large one. The shifter console with the t-case shifter boot, and what condition is the e-brake handle?

Most important of all, the fuel pump bracket and everything that comes with it when you remove it from the fuel tank. I just purchased a '91 barn find 80, and it wouldn't start do to fuel. When I pulled the fuel pump the whole assembly came out as one big stalagtite of rust. Fuel level sender was frozen solid.
