'92 Error Codes 31 & 41

I just ran the paper clip method and got error codes 31 and 41 on my '92 LC. 31 is "Air Flow Meter signal (Vacuum Sensor signal" and 41 is "Throttle Position Sensor signal". Any ideas on what I should do? I read that it might be from a cracked Air Intake Hose but when I looked it over I didn't see any cracks and it looks fairly new. I think one of the PO's might have recently replaced it. Looking for suggestions. Thanks!
