‘91 speedometer retrofit (1 Viewer)

So I’ve got a ‘91 cruiser and I’m dead tired of every time it gets cold the speedometer screams at me and I’m tired of trying to lube it every other day. Is there a way to wire up a 93 or newer cruisers speedo in the same way since it uses the same drive off the transfer case?
