With all 4 wheels off the ground, two wouldnt spin as freely in 4h. When locked, all 4 spun together.
I'll check those front hubs! Thanks for the direction, mudgudgeon! I wasnt sure what l was looking at in the video--l can now see the axle and hub are not lining up in rotation.
