My '88 FJ62 currently has 3-point belts but they only retract/extend from the lower seat portion. They drive my kids nuts as if you don't extend them fully in one pull they lock up too short to buckle.
Please let me know if you have all or any of the parts required to upgrade to the 89-90 version. Believe it will be the belts themselves, horizontal cargo trim, and retractor trim cover. Grey is ideal but can always paint. I am in Chicago area.
