'88 22r stumbling

I have a 1988 toyota pickup with a rough idle and stumbling at idle or going into first gear. When coming off a stop I have to rev it high an give extra gas to keep from dying out.
At idle the engine rocks an shakes the whole truck alot

Any ideas or tips??

Mine was doing something similar- it would shake at idle and during a drive when coming to stop it would die/ fuel mileage was crap.

Ended up adjusting the valves and runs like a top!
