I have the original front and rear bumpers for my 1985 fj60 Toyota Landcruiser for sale, primarily because I’m building a new set of bumpers. Both bumpers are relatively clean with some minor surface rusting on the backsides.
The front bumper was bent slightly on the passenger side, and was pulled back to close to the original stance. Two of the square carriage bolt holes were rounded out after attempting to unscrew the bolts, without much luck. All of the bolts were ground off. I kissed the bumper a couple times with the grinder resulting in minor blemishes. The chrome on the outside is in good shape overall and the black end caps have blemishes but are in good shape.
The rear bumper chrome is in good shape and has never been bumped. The black end caps have some scuffs and marks but are in good condition overall. There are a couple of grinder spots on this one too from having to grind the bolts off. All the bolt holes remain square if carriage bolts are what you wish to use to fasten the bumper. I always thought some stainless hex bolts would look better anyway.
