85' 4runner side mirrors ???

OK, I've been searching for mirror options for my yota and was wondering if the west coast style mirror from a ford ranger is the same as the stock ones that some of the pickups came with??? I currently have the small stock ones now and cant see beans out of them !!!!I see where some from the trooper will work but cant seem to find those. I have a abundance of ranger parts at junk yard so I can get the hardware with the mirrors as a bonus. So will these work or is there a better option. Thanks in advance for any info.

Never liked the small black versions ye got over there.

Dont have any close up of mine but you the picture with the attached. Should be easy enough to source.

Looks good. I did put some ford mirrors on and will post pcs.
