84Runner burning bushings

Im in the process of installing all new bushings and lift shackles and wow what a job! This rig came from Illinois and is one rusty little bastid. The front so far is going relatively smooth but I'm looking at the back and Im wondering if I should pull the tank to burn out the bushings on the pass. side solid leaf mount. I really don't like getting burnt much less blown up . Also I have read conflicting info all over the web as to whether the solid mounts in the rear of the truck are going to have a sleeve and a bushing. I know that if there is a sleeve in there I won't even be able to recognize it due to rust. Should I just drill the holes out a little bigger and run some grade 8 bolts through the bushings to eliminate the sleeve? I don't know where I'd be able to find a sleeve to fit properly around the bolt and inside the bushings. Thanks in advance!

I used a sawsall on mine. Little tricky, less burns.
The sleeves came with my new bushing set from energy suspensions. I used grade 8's to replace mine and they fit well in the sleeves, but it was an odd size bolt.

I'll probably just hit the hardware and grab a grade 8 bolt that will fit through the bushings (18mm) and drill the holes a little larger in the mount. I didn't get sleeves and don't feel like going on a wild goose chase for a sleeve and bolt. That would also eliminate me having to burn them.

you can burn the bushing out but wont do any good the sleeve is most likely fused to the bolt.you wont be able to get the bolt out.cut the bolt on both sides inside the frame bracket,take out the sleeve part,cut a slit into the sleeve length ways with a cut off wheel, wiggle around on sleeve with screw driver and pliers get it off,then go to the hardware store(do it best or true value not fleet farm they dont have a good metric selection)and get a metricbolt the same size as the one you cut and continue on. had to do that once it sucks all day job when it should have been done in a couple of hours.
