'83 fj60 won't start

When I put the key in, dash lights turn on - turn the key and nothing.... it doesn't even try to turn over. Just clicks and thats it. Changed battery and nothing.... any input is appreciated.

Thanks - was able to install new starter and that seemed to do the trick.

I had this issue. It was my own fault there is a nuestral safety switch wire that has just a tab connection. I had knocked that off doing maintenance. Pushed it back on and fired right up!
