wondering if anyone has run or experienced these springs and how they do on and off road and good flex? Right now i have 3rd gens up front and they'r pretty worn out and reverse arcing. terible ride supper stiff bumpy ride on or off road. Ive been looking at all pros and trail gear but than I'm going to have to do a new front hanger.

How much lift are you looking for. The Skyjackers looked like 3" springs. I have been happy with the OME's I put on my wife's Samurai and if I ever do SAS my mini I plan to use OME up front.

Here is where I plan to go when the time comes.

Advertised 2" lift, but they offer a heavy duty set that might help carry your new bumper and might get you closer to 2.5" of lift.

Just a thought.

Im looking for the 3-4" lift right now I have 35s look good no rubbing so looking for about were im at ride height. Not to worried about HD springs a have a pretty light bumper prob weighs less than stock one. Just looking for something that rides good on road but still good off road. Its pretty misrible driving it right now with the rough ride.

All Pro has a pretty good reputation as far as good springs, I think they have a set of 4" springs for the 82. If you are looking for ride quality I would stay away from the TG ones. I have heard they are pretty stiff and also tend to give more lift than advertised.

If you want the best, and have the pockets to go with, you could call up Alcan and give them the specs of your rig and have a custom set made up. I have read a couple of folks who had alcans and they are very happy with them.

I definitely don't have the deep pockets im a poor ass 19 trying to go to college lol. I like the all pros but its definantly more money and have to buy a new spring hanger and move it, and right now don't really have the fab skills or the place to right now.

Save your pennies. Pro comp and skyjacker are junk! They're pavement pounding lift springs that ride super ruff! Do yourself a favor and save some money and do some research on stuff you can run.
On my old truck I ran rancho springs up front and 63" Chevys in the rear. The front springs were 2.5" springs for a Jeep Wagoner. They gave the Yota a good 4" lift. Flexed great and rode good on the street.
