'82 Distributor

The vacuum advance on my '82 needs replacing and I see the whole Distributor unit is cheaper to buy than just the vacuum advance alone. Any experiences with after market brands, new, reman, etc would be appreciated. My '82 is bone stock with only 106,000 original miles.
