Been searching web for a couple hours. I have S12+8 (S12-8) calipers on the front. I tore them down, cleaned, and inspected. 1 of the boots on the smaller bore piston was not the right size and needs to be replaced with correct part.
Problem I am having is matching up my caliper bore size with kits. I measured the OD of the larger piston and it is 33.9ish. Most of what I find makes it sound like the 33.93 bore piston was the smaller of the two (42.82 being the larger) which is not the case on this caliper.
I think mine are 33.93mm and 23.33 (ish). Again, I am measuring the outside of the piston and not the ID of the cylinder.
Do I not have the standard calipers that came on an 82 sr5 4x4?
