hello, so this is the current setup, im trying to find a way to sleep 2 people in the 80, still have a drawer, a 75l dometic frdge and not have to take out the rear seats. i was thinking to put the fridge on a slide, have an empty area above the current drawer, and have a flat surface above them all, and then have some sort of pull put panel that then rests on the rear seats when folded all the way, has anyone been able to do something similar?

troopysahara sounds like a middle eastern porn stars name 😂.. now that we’re past that safe to assume you need or rather wouldn’t want to remove the middle seats. If you could get your hands on one of those clear view fridge slides that drop down you could fab a cubby for the fridge to go into with the drawer built into the top of the cubby.

Change your fridge to a fridge drawer.

Or

Cut the roof off and make it a poptop.

Cheers

hahaha our women head out to the real desert ;) yes I would need the rear seats as it is the daily driver and people regularly ride with me in the back. So you’re saying I integrate the drawer above the fridge? And then what happens to the left side?. My idea was to basically keep the current setup as is but there would be a wooden platform above it all. Hence I would need a slide, the fridge is already at a comfortable level since it’s not on top of a drawer. I would then have another bigger piece of wood sitting on top and slide it to cover the spot over the folded rear seats? I hope that makes sense.

Fridge drawers don’t do it for me unfortunately, it’s a great option but I enjoy the size and flexibility of the 75l dual zone. Our trips go up to 10 days remote, so we need the space 🙏

I was thinking if you did exactly as I described you could sleep next to the set up or open up more room to throw a double swag tent next to the fridge and drawer, the way you have it now is very limiting for space. Either way the fridge slide i posted above is clutch no matter how you slice it.
