I have a set of 10mm OME poly rear coil spring spacers and a set of 5mm rear coil spacers, too. These can be stacked for the simple math of 15mm.
$15 per set shipped to the lower 48, $25 takes both. I used them for about a month while prototyping my suspension - they are in good condition.
