Does this bumper have cut out below license plate?

I have a 91 and am interested with bumper that has cut out below license plate holes. Also, do you know if it will work on a '91?

I don't know for sure, C-dan could tell you. I'm pretty sure it would work- but don't have a 91 nearby to test it on.
