Out in the shop, building something cool!
Since I've completed a new rear bumper for my rig, I'm looking to get rid of the caps that I had built previously. They are steel replacements for the rubber end caps, bolt on to all factory holes, and still work with the factory hitch. I've cleaned them up and re-painted them with Krylon rattle-bombs. These have been well tested, and will take a good hit. In my opinion they are not suitable to mount a swingout to, so they are best for someone with a stock tire carrier already on the truck.
