Do you know if the US model FZJ80 comes pre-wired with mounting holes for this gizmo to work? where are the buttons for moon roof slide/tilt?

It’s complicated to install, I went down that rabbit hole a while ago. First you have to swap out the sunvisors(US FZJ80’s are too long to use with this). Then you have to track down several electronic doodads not included with this sale for the altimeter to work. Then you have to wire everything up yourself, unless you can track down a wiring harness from overseas. And on top of that, these are notorious for not working and not being accurate.
