80 series 1hdt restoration

Hi all... I've just bought an 80vx. 1hdt jap spec. Will post some pics and ask for advise/suggestions here
It needs a respray as its been standing in the sun for a while .. I need the following bits and was wondering if anyone ordered from Aliexpress or the like as it seems they NLA OEM
1. Window and door trims. In and out
2. Roof gutter rails LH and right
3 .wheel arch beading

Any suggestions for the above?

Window and door trims are all still available new - I just bought a complete set. Check Partsouq or Amayama

As far as the roof gutter rails. are you talking about the covers that go over the rails? I believe those are available new as well but shipping is expensive. I just left mine off.

I think you are referring to the fender flare gaskets or "pads" .... #3 in the drawing

For the roof rain gutter caps, I've read the best way is to order them via the local dealer so you don't take the hit on the shipping, but have not tried this myself.

I see most 80 series now dont have these trims... Is it really necessary to install after having vehicle painted?

Personal preference.
The roof gutter will get fully painted if you do a full respray.
If you like the look without the stainless trim, no reason to replace them

Quick update... pics to follow
Stripped down the entire vehicle in preparation for respray. Clear coat was peeling so decided to respray one time.
Interior is also out. Having the cloth seats deep cleaned and drivers side repaired.
Now that the roof lining and carpet is out... are there any mods to cater for in terms of wiring?
