Didn't know there was a difference between driveshafts at all. My 1974 has a 3-speed transmission and floor shift.

You might have an early 74. 74 was the transition year. You can swap out the emergency parking drum, re-drill the emergency parking drum with new bolt pattern, or change out one end of the driveshaft. I have several driveshaft parts that you might be able to use. I also have a 4 speed transmission, tcase, bellhousing, clutch, etc., if you're interested. Much better than the 3 speed. I'm willing to make a package deal. Need to clear up some space.

That might be do-able, PM me a price for the axle with a driveshaft and another for the whole enchilada.

Also, if the rear driveshaft is different, am I looking at a similar situation in front?
