Wanted 77 fj40 glove box door limiting strap

If you are wanting these for function, may I suggest going to your local hardward store? Pick up a couple of ferrels (sp?) and a short piece of wire cable (1/16 dia or so) and make your own strap. I believe you'll want aircraft cable as it is braided, not twisted (IIRC).

A cursory searcg turned up 4 glove box doors and no strap, but I'm sure I have one and you are welcome to it. I have 6 house guests tonight and I'm a little busy. But I'll continue looking....really:)

just got it in the mail. thanks a bunch!!!!!!! i did stop by the dealer today and was able to order a new one as well. the new one will go i the 45, the one you sent me will go in my troopie.

i will try to remember to post the part # for the strap when i get the new one from the dealer on wednesday. i think it was $13
