Has had the rear seal coverd with new "C" channel. Has some rust in pass side under seat but is still strong. Driverside under seat has had some work done but is still strong. Rear fenders have a small patch inside and finished over. Looks good and body is straight with no dents. All rust is light.

No it is not new. It is original. It has a VIN tag but no title. That price is definitly negotiable but I have seen others online, that were not nearly in this good of shape, go pretty high. I will consider reasonable offers. Its going on ebay soon though.
