62 power window refurbishment from jump

I’ve read all (or all I could find) the threads on the windows but I feel like I have a little bit of all of the problems. Slow, broken wiring, not tracking etc. . .my 62 is in pretty great shape other than the windows so I’m looking to do whatever it takes to get them running like new, or as new as possible for a 37 year old truck. So. . .what do I need to buy and what do I need to do (and by that I mean, what do I need to do or ask/tell/pay someone else to do). Let’s get a list of parts and what needs to be done going please!
